About Cozzmic
Initially, we were named Cozzmic Communications and established in 2013 as a small business phone specialist in the new VoIP market. In 2019, we rebranded and merged with BCT Communications and BCT Security, which have been providing telecommunications services for twenty-five years, and security services for over thirty years.
We now offer security systems, CCTV, structured cabling, networking equipment, access control, and cellular boosters, always seeking innovative technological solutions, and are proud to become a one-stop-shop for all phone, internet, security, and infrastructure needs.
Over the years, we have matured and grown considerably and are constantly looking at ways to improve both our physical and electronic processes to be more efficient for both ourselves and our customers.
We have six dedicated and professional technicians, and our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM. However, we are available even on weekends and holidays in case of emergencies.

Our client base consists mainly of small to medium size businesses. This said we support companies with one to over three hundred employees and even some international companies. We understand that while some of their needs are similar, the solutions tend to vary considerably, ensuring no two clients are the same.
One aspect that makes us second to none is we do not sell a single solution. We have options which allow us to recommend the best solution for our customers’ needs. But, if we run into a situation where we can’t help, we recommend someone else rather than cram in one of our solutions just to get the sale. We are solution-focused rather than sales-focused.
Moreover, we are a one-stop-shop for all your technological needs. This makes it easier and more efficient as clients do not have to coordinate with several providers. Our experience in multiple industries and our focus on delivering and finding solutions that work have made us the best choice for all-out clients.
One of our most significant achievements has been our progress from a one-person operation to build solid teams. We have also increasingly worked on larger-scale projects. For example, last year, we had two VoIP installations of over two hundred phones, each with no glitches, all delivered on time and under budget.
We are also proud to have been listed in the top twenty-five Canadian business mentors for 2021 on Alignable. We even have five-star reviews on Google, which shows just how good we are at what we do.
Our dream for the future is to be the number one company that people think of for their communication, security, and technology solutions.
While we are passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment. To be better stewards of our planet, we have significantly reduced the amount of paper we use and recycle what we can.
We also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, support several local charities through sponsorships and donations.
